Simplified Design & Estimating
1) Free Estimate: We will meet with you at your job site, give you our recent customer reference sheet, show you our licence's and listen to your ideas. Then we will return to you a detailed written estimate.
2) Free 3D Design: Depending on the job, we will draw a computer generated 3D rendering to help you visualize the completed project and explore alternatives. This will be attached to your free estimate.
3) Free Engineering: When a desirable design is found, the design will be engineered using the latest structural materials appropriate for the exiting site to meet or exceed local and state building codes.
4) Free Land Survey: Using your existing mortgage survey an edited survey can be produced which is acceptable to most building departments. A GPS survey can also be performed to locate and confirm existing markers and lot lines.
5) Free CAD Architect: A deposit of $1000- $1500 is require for a pre-construction contract to produce high resolution CAD architectural drawings suitable for estimating and building department review with no obligation to any other construction contract. Up to three revisions are included.
6) Free Construction Plans: Sign a construction contract with us to complete the entire project and we will deduct the architect deposit from your final job payment.
